How we sell and fulfil orders
Tiny Lux is the seller for orders placed on our website. We source new products from trusted suppliers and fulfil orders through our UK partner suppliers and our fulfilment partner in Türkiye (Turkey), depending on product availability and destination.
Every order is processed through secure Shopify checkout. Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and any supported duties or import charges are shown before payment. After dispatch, customers receive tracking details from the carrier.
Products and authenticity
We sell brand-new products from recognised manufacturers such as Philips, Ninja, Nespresso, Beko, VAX, and other appliance brands. Product pages include model numbers, key specifications, images, delivery information, and support details so customers can compare before buying.
If a product is supplied from outside the customer destination country, we make that clear in our shipping policy and provide tracked delivery with the required customs and dispatch documentation.
